Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Policy
Please allow 72 hours in advance to cancel any current appointments. If you no call/no show/have a cancelation less than 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you have a late cancelation/reschedule (less than 72 hours) your credit card will be charged 50% of the service fee. If your credit card declines, and you wish you to book again in the future, you must pay the no show fee.
Late Policy
If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment it may result in the cancellation of your appointment and you will be charged a “No Show Fee” of 100% of your service fee. My schedule is back to back all day therefore I cannot take appointments more than 15 minutes late.
